England here I come!
Sam and I are off to England on Wednesday!!! We will be gone for a few weeks and I wont have time to blog but you just wait until I get back! So until then, be happy, be healthy, and have fun!
Week 16: Slackline
I went to a park with some friends and someone brought a slackline. I had never even heard of it before! It's like a tight rope only its more like a strap. It looks a lot easier then it actually is. The second you put your foot on the line it just starts to wiggle and shake. I had to have Ryan sit on it so I could TRY to stand on it. I think the longest I was ever actually balancing was about 3 seconds but it sure felt a lot longer! This was so much fun. We got to hang out in the park and with friends and laugh and chill but by the time I had tried to balance a few times my legs were burning! Of course the tricks in the video are amazing I can't imagine how much this person has practiced. So cool!

Week 15: INSANITY
By far the hardest exercise program I have tackled thus far! The first few days were a painful, exhausting, blur. After a few more workouts I was able to actually get into a flow of things.... a little. It is still really hard and I'm not even close to being able to do a full workout with the full intensity that Shaun T. is asking for but I really don't think it is possible when you first start. I'm not kidding! This is bananas! I LOVE IT! I'm dripping sweat by the time the warm up is over and I get a chance to stretch and then the real work begins. is hard.
These exercise are about 40 minutes long for the first month. It is all cardio and I've had sore muscles every day of the program. I don't think I've ever pushed myself this hard in a workout program. I can't say I really look forward to it in the mornings but I love when its over!
Just go and check out the infomercial because it is no joke. If you want a kick in the pants then start this program! It's only 60 days and if you don't see results... Well I just can't see that happening!

Week 14: A Rest Week/New Motivation
Wow this week was a bomb! I was pretty lazy. I ate everything and I feel all bloaty now. What a great reminder to me about why I ate the way I do and workout. I have physically and mentally not been feeling well all week. Gross! It was actually hard work to eat everything I ate and sit around as much as I did! Again not my finest week.
Thats over!
I'm ready to do some more stuff!
Insanity started this morning... stay tuned for an update!

Week 13: Chalene Extreme Finally!!
The program is finished!! I never missed a workout... however my eating was not always on point. Even though I did have a few slip ups I still am happy with the results. I lost some weight and am happy to say that I've lost a grand total of 50 pounds!! 50 POUNDS!!! Now the results.... I have a bikini picture that I took today. I'm a little nervous to put it up on my blog because, well lets face it... It's a wiggin bikini! I'll start with a before. A photo I've held onto because I was still to ashamed to post it but its been a long time coming and the person in this photo is just not me anymore.
Here
We
Go!
Wow that is really hard to put up here. I'm not sure if I'll be able to leave it....
Now
The
After!!
Thanks Cozy for those sparkley shoes! AWESOME! I've got muscle definition I never thought I would have, I've reclaimed my health, I've gone on an amazing journey with my sister, and I bought a 2 piece swim suit!
Chalene Extreme was awesome! It was manageable enough to maintain and challenging enough to get results. I would recommend it to anybody.
Now because I'm always looking to try something new I'm ready to reveal my before picture for the next step.
On April 11th my sisters and I will start INSANITY
Wish us luck and we will have a new set of pictures after our 60 day program.
I love you guys. Thanks for reading and all the encouragement.
